Lloyd and Jo are very kind and helpful, they made the paperwork and the moving really easy. They really care about their tenants and properties being in a good state, Lloyd would come to fix anything that broke as soon as possible or patiently explain to us how to do it if it was something easy. Jo would regularly check that everything and everyone was alright, making me feel really comfortable and welcome, along with helping me with whatever I needed.

First of all I would like to say thanks to Jo, the room is really very nice with good atmosphere around, especially kitchen and dining room are very spacious, it's very comfortable to travel to my workplace and it's just 2mins walk to bus station and 10mins walk to tube station. Apart from this the room services is really nice, surely I will recommend Royal Properties.
